On June 2, 2020, on the occasion of the reopening of the Royal Museums after the Covid emergency, the project èreale (ereale.beniculturali.it – it’s real) was presented, an online platform designed and produced by Mybosswas that expands the visit experience to undertake a virtual journey through original video content.
The launch video entitled è Reale (it’s Real) is a short musical made in the void and silence of the rooms. Written and created by the director and composer Giorgio Ferrero with the director of photography and producer Federico Biasin, it is an exclusive three-minute musical short film, in which dancers, acrobats, fencers and opera singers experience the magic of a journey inside museums, a dream come to life during quarantine. Performers cannot touch each other, but the dialogue of bodies and empathy between distant people is able to converge into a single hymn to human beauty and warmth.
Surfing the virtual platform èreale (it’s real) with mobile devices, computers or VR viewers, the public can also enjoy free thematic visits in virtual reality, to learn more about environments and collections.
