Mybosswas Walt Whitman
MYBOSSWAS directed a performance conceived by Alessandro Baricco, produced on the occasion of the twentieth week of Italian language in the world by the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco.
A journey through notes and words, where the photography of MYBOSSWAS has merged Walt Whitman’s verses, read by Alessandro Mari (translated by Alessandro Baricco) and the music of John Cage, Philip Glass, Nico Muhly, Luciano Berio and Ottorino Respighi, performed on piano by Gloria Campaner.
The performance evolved into a performative documentary distributed on streaming platforms by Nexo Digital.
