RESPIRA is an original soundtrack composed and produced by Giorgio Ferrero and Rodolfo Mongitore for the performance Respira by Balletto Teatro di Torino, choreographed by Jose De Reaches.
RESPIRA (Breath) is the very essence of life. It changes with us according to our emotional states, from restless and uneasy short breaths, as if we were only half-living, to deeper ones, where we become aware of our body and find balance within our emotions.
This experience brings together the physical state of the body, the awareness of its potential for movement, the relationship with the environment, and the ability to listen, to one’s own breath, to the breath of others, and to that of the group. These are the elements that define RESPIRA.
